Really pleasant experience overall. Everything felt professional, well organized, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish. The staff were polite, attentive, and made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a place I would confidently recommend to others.
Purchased a lamp on clearance and round barreled stand (had them hold for me on Sunday) I paid for the lamp and stand. When the employee removed the tag on the top of the stand and there was a crack under it. I did not take the stand and he was going to credit my acct. He was helpful and understood why I didn’t take it. I didn’t get a receipt of the credit to my acct because it was closing time.
We purchased our furniture from Slumberland today and can’t say enough great things about the service we received. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the whole process easy! We left feeling taken care of!
