My mom had a couch delivered and when it was unloaded two screws fell out (this was floor model). Delivery guys were amazing they knew it was not good. They called their manager. Later on Keagan called. He was exceptional and got a brand new one ordered for her and took $50 off! He really made it right and very apologetic.
