I felt it was necessary to share this review in hopes to prevent other customers for having a negative experience like mine. Slumberland’s warranty does not cover low quality Items that are sold to you. The 1 year warranty only covers manufacturer defects. If you are old-fashioned like me, willing to invest in quality that will last, Slumberland is not the place to find that (in my case, it was an expensive fabric couch). I'd give them 10 stars. I had purchased a recliner so that I could have some comfort after my triple bypass surgery. When it came. I really didn't like it so I went in and found a better one and they gladly exchanged it at no cost to me. Unfortunately the exchange didn't happen until the day after I had my surgery. And then we had a huge snowstorm. I had friends who needed some notice to be there for the exchange but it didn't quite work out.
