Mason was wonderful! His customer service skills are nothing but amazing. I ordered 2 recliners for my father to try out. By the time I left the store and called my Dad to tell him, my Dad had already ran to our local small town furniture store and bought his own. I felt terrible for having Mason go through the entire process from financing to the order, just to have me return within an hour to cancel the sale.
