Excellent service and support from a remakable saleperson, Kiki Koskinen. Her knowledge and expertise have been unmatched in all the years, regardless of store or location, I havr shopped for furniture.
Kiki was extremely helpful on the phone, carefully explaining which chairs would be best suited to my needs. When I arrived at the store, she had not come yet so I met with another young woman (sorry, forgot her name) who said she could help since I already knew which chair I wanted (based on Kiki’s recommendation). When she wrote up the sale, she was able to take off $100 from the already low sale price, since I came in on Labor Day Weekend. What a deal!!! Made my day.
