We went in again to look at mattresses as I've had back issues with our old one. That day I had a splitting headache. I tried paying attention to what our salesman John Dailey was so professionally explaining. I apologized and told him I had a horrible headache, he offered Tylenol and water. He brought it but of course the pain doesn't go away right at that moment so we left. He was patient and professional and not irritated due to not making a sale.
