Slumberland Owatonna is a great Store with a wide selection of furniture and good prices. The Sales lady was very helpful and took time to help me with my selections verify Stock and answer my questions. All the staff was helpful and friendly, they helped me load my furniture, and they also offer free delivery on selection days for those that need it. I bought the protection plan. My cat peed on the couch, I called and because they couldn't see the dried spot my couch was not covered. I tried to cancel my protection plan and couldn't, after 5 months, my plan covers 5 years. All I got was I'm sorry. That helps nothing or no one !!! I am a 1st time buyer and will never go back and will advise everyone I know to never use they're hard earned money on a protection plan that THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND!!!
