Bruce was marvelous! We went to the store at least three times comparing various rocker/recliners since we had specific size requirements -- taking them for a test drive, so to speak. Bruce helped us find several that would fit and answered all our questions. When ready to purchase, he explained the Premium Protection which sounded reasonable to us. Just received my furniture this weekend. It looks great. They said it would be here in a week, and it was actually delivered to my house in just 6 days. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the delivery guy even helped me move an old sofa out of the basement. Thanks guys.
I went in looking for a mattress but I didn't know they also had so much great looking furniture. The sales person who helped me was very nice and helped me choose a great mattress. The model I selected was not in stock to take home that day but I was told they could have it in a week. I was a little weary because I've bought furniture at other places in town and its funny how a week can turn into 3 weeks. However, it was delivered to my home in 6 days. What a nice surprise!
