We appreciated the initial info from a sales associate but she was very bossy, which we understood being in a sales position though she pushed it too far. She was heard talking as we were leaving about us picking it up versus delivery.
Excellent attention paid to explain Nector mattress and base quality and available options. Took time to listen and answer our questions. We’ll be back for recliner chairs soon.
Lisa is a great sales representative! Always friendly and helpful. Called just before closing time to ask a question and she took the time to help me complete my order over the phone.
