Very poor quality, mattress is falling apart after 5 years when you are paying top dollar you would expect better quality and customer service.
I'm so happy that I could get Paul to help me with my mattress problem… definitely had an incredible customer service experience from Paul. He is extremely humble and respect to people, and he is undoubtedly an asset to SlumberCorp! I will rate him 200% positive reviews for his service! Thank you so much to give me an such amazing customer service.
Thank you Paul. 5 Stars. I hope SlumberCorp realise what an asset they have in you. Purchased 2 x mattresses in Toowoomba that were a Slumbercorp product. Both had minor issues that I was not happy about. Paul contacted me and could not have been more respectful and helpful. Issues with both mattresses have been fixed (at no hassle or cost to me). A big Shout Out to Slumbercorp Archerfield. I had a mattress delivered few weeks ago was incorrect/faulty. Was not a problem the process of arranging replacement, Contact to organise delivery was great. Top Class Products. King Size Splits, we have purchased 2 previously for family. This is our 3rd one. Highly Recomend their Products.
