Great feel and at a super reasonable price
Received my Slumber Cloud pillow two weeks ago, and it's been such a value addition when I sleep. Cool tech w/ down alternative comfort. For us stomach and side sleepers, this pillow is the ultimate comfort. Shipping and customer service was top notch as well.
I would avoid this company. I had a problem with product fit and they refused to allow me to exchange or return the product. The customer service is deplorable.
Excellent customer service, it was almost too nice to be true. Made an order early morning, then did some more searching to see where they're located to get an idea of how long shipping would take as i was leaving town the following week. I realized they're about 10 minutes from my house and called in immediately after placing the order to see if i could pick up and they obliged.
