Our family has gone here for 10+ years. I run an in home daycare so there are a lot of moving pieces! When we first started we met in person and things were talked thru! Once Covid hit in person visits went away unless you were a farmer or at a certain level. Well this turned into a lot of lack of communication and them just entering in all my numbers from my accounting program for a huge price tag! We will be looking for other services as no guidance or help whatsoever!
Customer service is really lacking this year sad to say I will not return
This year was a bit of a struggle but my taxes were filed on time. I really appreciate the hard work they do each year and the friendly people in the office!
