We went to the Sandy location today and were assisted by Alex. I thought it would be a long process, which I wasn't looking forward to. I thought I would be giving them a unique, hard to fix issue. Alex was absolutely phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and patient and met my needs quickly and efficiently. If SLRC has some sort of employee recognition program, please recognize Alex. I will recommend Alex and the Sandy SLRC to anyone looking for quality shoes and excellent customer service.
I went in after work looking to get some advice on some insoles for my work boots. I tend to play twenty questions anytime I go make a purchase and Grace really helped me find a good purchase after answering all my questions, and she cut my new insoles to match my boots. Really satisfied with my experience.
