Every time I try to shop here it is just weirdly hostile. The staff just do not care about you if you don’t know exactly what shoe you’re there for. After three attempts, I’m done trying to shop here.
Please update your website's inventory. I was excited to head to SLRC today specifically to pick up the Max Glycerin in a size and color listed as available at this location. I could’ve ordered online last week from a different retailer for less, but I wanted to support a local store. I checked the website then and again this morning and was looking forward to picking up my new shoes and starting the training week. I have shopped here for years. The service is always great, everyone is helpful and friendly and I've gotten great advice on shoes for my needs.
Incredible support and assistance. Jessica spent an hour working with my daughter on finding the right shoe insert, stretching tools, and bra so that she would be more comfortable when playing sports.
