Drivers beware of this company. They will try to lie to you in order to get you to join their company. You will be driving 650 miles a day for 10 and 1/2 hours for only $100 a day while the trainer sleeps for 99% of the time and makes about $600 a day. And they will expect you to stay training for 3 months and do most of the driving. The trainers will rush you on break so you could continue driving and they could make the trip and miles quicker. Drivers avoid this company as fast as you can. First, recruiter would lie everything good about this company to bring you onboard, in fact: no tuition reimbursement, no sign on bonus, no benefits, pay 1099 meaning you have to pay 100% tax at the end of year that no one offers, you have to drive 8 round trips from east coast to west coast spending 4 to 5 months to complete your training and others just need 90 to 120 hours to complete same training.
