I have had the displeasure of dealing with this firm as an employer deducting garnishments from an employee. Their company policy is to obtain a court order for garnishment of personal earnings, they then wait until they can see the monies being held by the court. Then they file for a garnishment of the debtors bank account knowing that the debt will already be paid in full when the courts send them the withheld personal earnings funds.
