They charged me another $10 before exiting for no reason (had prepaid and was not late to exit) and they didn't let me know anything about it i.e. conditions under which they'd charge extra etc.
This is the cheapest parking we found anywhere in the center of the city, by a lot. The staff wasn't as nice as I would like, but hey, it's cheap parking. They actually billed us for less than what I thought we had used. They have a special that if you're in before 10:00 AM and stay there the whole day it's like $14 or something, and although we showed up at 10:30 they still gave it to us. Cheapest anywhere, don't bother looking!
