I BOUGHT 4- 8'X4' TREATED PLYWOOD. I RETURNED THEM DUE TO OTHER ISSUES ON MY PROJECT. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ANY OF MY MONEY BECAUSE I WAS WALKIN CUSTOMER. THEY SAID THEIR SYSTEM DID NOT ALLOW REFUNDS AND IT WOULD TAKE TOO MUCH WORK FOR THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMEN TO REVERSE THE PÀY BACK. THIS IS DISAPPOINTING AND A $278.00 MONEY LOSS. I LIVE ON A SMALL SOCIAL SECURITY PENSION, SO IT'S A BIG LOSS FOR ME. I WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. I OFFERED TO PAY A PICK UP CHARGE TO HAVE THE WOOD PICKED UP.
