Awesome staff, great priced rentals!
I popped in to this bike shop several times and they've always been helpful and a couple times did not charge me for very quick minor adjustments. SloHi naturally assumed I would receive that same hospitality when I ordered a new bike. I have decades of experience in my lifetime with bike shops and buying new bikes. I would generally love it when I would buy a new bike because EVERY bike shop I've ever been to in my life except this one, has gone out of their way to make sure I got a GOOD DEAL, and even offered free accessor... read more
Ann and Michael consistently helped me with my bike and I’ve always have been super courteous. This bike shop is my go to every single time super friendly, super knowledgeable and take the time to understand what the problem is and fix it for you thank you guys look forward to seeing you guys again
The staff here are the best, every time I've come in they are super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I just brought my really old weird bike in and Lacey was really kind and helpful, as well as very upfront about what they could and couldn't do, and let me be part of the process so I know more about my bike!
First class service team that goes the extra mile to spend time talking with you and enjoys the challenge of finding creative solutions. Definitely will be coming back for further service needs!
