I spoke with John Runge. He didn’t end up representing me, but the way he treated me even though he couldn’t take my case impressed me so much that I wanted to write this review anyway. When I called, it was a holiday and most of the office was out—but not Mr. Runge. Mr. Runge still took my call and was very warm, patient, and engaged with all I explained to him about my case.
