I had a person contact me about purchasing my land in Franklin. Since I no longer live in Franklin he chose Sloan & Vanhook to handle the contract and closing of the property sell. To be a cash deal this turned out to be the most frustrating experience I have ever had to go through for a closing. Little to no personal communication. The closing paperwork arrived on a date where I had no time to sign and return by the closing date of the contract. Their excuse was they had been busy.
