I get beautiful produce delivered weekly to a convenient location. We receive a preview that allows me to exclude an item if I can’t eat it / don’t like it. Then there is no waste. I get a bit more of something else. Recipes and suggestions on how to prepare all of the produce are available. It is a treasure trove. The weekly newsletter also provides introductions to the farmers, ranchers, fish monger and food artisans so we can learn more and look for them at the markets.
