I'm so grateful to have found Emily and her practice. Emily is intuitive, warm, and extremely knowledgable not only about acupuncture and Chinese medicine, but a wide range of healing modalities. She meets her patients with a huge amount of empathy and wisdom, and has helped me to get to the root of several chronic health conditions that I've struggled with for decades. I feel better now than I have in years, and I attribute much of this shift to Emily's care!
Emily continuously gives me relief - whether it be stress, anxiety, hormones, allergies, back pain, or even helping me figure out that one of my major food allergies is gluten! She always sends me on a path of healing, and I have enjoyed her presence, her calmness, and her knowledge for the past 3 years. I highly recommend. And it's SO affordable! If you have Flex card dollars, you can use them here too!

Emily is the best! I am terrified of needles so I avoided acupuncture for many years. Finally I was so desperate for some relief from my symptoms that I was ready to try it. Emily was really gentle and talked me through the whole process. Now I’ve been going every week for 2 years! Acupuncture really works! I love the environment that Emily has created at Slo Poke. It’s friendly and warm but she will seriously address your issues. I highly recommend!
