The place is a joke n needs shut down !! There is meds missing “narcs” and are covering it up! They rather thee residents starve thn try to help them. Joked about killing a resident with medication that the resident is allergic to went as far as even ordering it “the dr” and canceled it once it was there. But knew what was being done. Resident smokes in facility while oxygen is present. Residents have refused medication for months and are a risk to others and nothings being done.
The staff at Amiy is fantastic My family member has been there 16months and has received excellent care. The needs of the patients takes precedence. Over all else. The Covid protocol was exceptional. Jen and Tom are awesome patient care coordinators Even though Jen is the home administrator she is hands on with the patients. Wonderful place. Highly recommended.
