RecommendedI work out hard and try to eat as best as I can. Veggies are friends but it was coming off slow and I just couldn't get under that 200. But after 6-8 sessions I was under and six inches smaller on that super hard hip area. Im addicted now and for the first time in 10 years I feel I can get my body back and that means the world to me.
