Best weight loss program ever, very understanding, supportive, helpful in tips for cooking and teaching me how to sustain long term health and weight goals. Yes keeping a food log is a tool to help evaluate and stay on track. I now continue to incorporate what I've learned and have finally beat the sugar craving/ binging lifestyle. Highly recommend anyone check this out whether a little or a lot to lose - You can gain your life back. Judgement free zone!!! The only critic of me was me. I just had to get out if my own way.
I have been waiting for over three weeks for a refund for services and products that I did not receive. I have called repeatedly and have been given various excuses as to why the 'manager' has not called me back. I have been very patient, but I do think that three weeks is unacceptable! Any program is only as good as it's customer service....and Slimgenics customer service is terrible! Think twice before getting involved with them!
