Came for my appointment at 11 am which I have confirmed twice and the door was closed! Called the office and no one answered. Found another number and was told that she's on her way! The lady didn't arrive till 11:30. At this point I decided to leave. Very unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere!

My worst experience with a Groupon affiliate ever. She was very rude. She was very loud and aggressive when informing me NOT TO USE GROUPON. Groupon does not pay she asked me why did I not use her website it comes up on the first page of Google when searching for colonic Brooklyn. I told her I live in Queens. She asked why did I not use Queens I said I did prepay for a queens location. They are booked for 2 weeks. I ve booked an appointment for 12.00. Came at 11.55 rang the door bell, nobody opens. Called to their cell phone # and office # , nobody replied. I did not eat since day before for that colonic cleansing procedure and I was starving. Also I took unpaid day off from my job for that procedure and was losing money. Waited 15 min near the office entrance at the hot melting summer sun, sweating, nobody opened the door. Left this place. What kind of business is that. Shame on you. Will spend my money elsewhere.
