This is the worst so called diet plan! I had headaches for 3 weeks and started getting stomach and leg cramps. No one should have to take that many supplements! The snack bars are good but not worth $17.00 for a box of 6. Of course, Kat the sales person didn’t offer up the outrageous prices for all the products. I was also told I needed to buy a boatload of drinks that I would never use because I drink plenty of water. This was a huge waste of time and money!
