I started in July of 2017. I'm very happy with my progress. The staff there is very nice.
I started at the Gladstone location and I have followed them to their new location in Liberty, MO. I started my journey in August 2016 and I met my goal March 2, 2017. At first when they told me I would loose 3-4 pounds a week, I really don't think that was possible. Well it was and I did it! I lost a total of 86 pounds and 51 inches! I am now in maintenance stage and keeping it off! All if the councelors have been a great support system and hold me accountable.
