I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to Sylvia. From the moment I walked in, the experience was nothing short of amazing. She is so knowledgeable and very honest. The place is so cozy, warm feeling and beautiful. My treatments were always on time, never had to wait, and the service was impeccable. What a lovely clinic that Sylvia just shrunk me in. I must say Sylvia and Frank are wonderful. Truly a delight to have found them. I dropped 2 dress sizes over 2 rounds of treatments, my cellulite is so much better, my saddle bags and thighs are so much smaller and I am all set for vacation next month. Thank you Slim U for your amazing service and treatments, I will be back again.
Following up regarding the refund you verbally confirmed in November 2025 and asked me to remove my Google review for, which I did in good faith. I have not received the refund or any response since. As I haven't heard back, I've now initiated a credit card dispute. Please let me know if you intend to resolve this directly.
So happy I found this clinic. I looked around and went for many consultations at different places but in the end chose Slim U Canada. The treatment course I did was for 6 weeks. During that duration I dropped 15 lbs and 2 dress sizes. I could not be more content and learned a lot about nutrition throughout the process of treatments. I think this place is the best.
