There are many different ways to lose weight. What makes this place different is the one-on-one help. When you get stuck, she helps with that! We have weekly goals, and they can be for anything, other than weight loss. Julie has the knowledge and is always updating her knowledge to help us! So thank you, Julie! My father and grandma go here. Daddy said on our vacation we wouldn't follow any diets. Julie told me to take pictures of the things that aren't on their diet!! Lol I already took 3 pictures and we're not in Ohio yet!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
