I have tried diet plans for years & never lost over 5 lbs. This program is to teach you to eat healthier, a huge life change, not a diet! There are so many foods you can eat and you are never hungry. I have lost 21 lbs in 4 months...145 to 124 and 31 1/2 inches. Julie is a wonderful life coach. She helped me thru the holidays when there are so many temptations. I see Julie every week, just walk in anytime to weigh & what I’ve eaten that week. I totally recommend Slim Solutions for anyone who wants to be healthier to eat daily proteins, fruits, vegetables & even 2 starches per day! ❤️
