I have a Bosch hammer and the back button kept breaking off. Had trouble getting a new one. I drove 20 miles to peters. Realized I forgot my wallet she went right in the back spent 10 minutes looking for an extra which she found and installed it for free. didnt charge me anything I’ll be coming back for now on.
Awesome customer service- owner takes such pride and ownership of her business! She worked her way up to where she is and earned the respect of the prior owner as well as all the customers. Best ever for Milwaukee repair and service! Thank you!!
Super helpful in fixing my impact. Very reasonably priced. I had another tool that she flat out told me not to have her repair because it would cost $20 less than a new one on amazon! I appreciate that so much that she was honest! And she was right. I'd rather have a brand new one. It was 5 years old anyway.
Love this place save so much money getting tools repaired vs buying new. Have had many tools fixed here she is amazing!!!!
