I came in looking for 2 little screws that had vibrated loose on my ridgid drill. Marion doesn't work on ridgid but was kind enough to locate screws at her shop for me and install them. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Next time I have a tool issue I be coming back. Thank you Marion.

She quickly offered suggestions and gave advice whereas all others seemed to know nothing. I think she's the only one that even knows anything.

Really Nice woman. I called with a question about a part. She was so helpful. Answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them just based off of their honesty over the phone.

I had a problem with my miter saw lock nut. I called him to ask if he could repair and he didn't service my non US brand. However he actually called me back and talked me how to fix it myself and it worked! I never had a shop call me back and give me service advice for free. I recommend this place 💯 percent.
