Coach Tommie is the MAN, I originally came to him with my girls who play Volleyball but somehow he managed to get me to start working out as well. Best decision ever. Thank you for being you and pushing me and my girls. The transformations are priceless. I never dread going to the gym I actually look forward to it. You’re awesome and everyone there is beyond friendly and helpful. It’s a family affair and watching you and your family work out together, inspires others around you.

I love Slim Body Fitness, because of Kat. She is an extremely caring and thoughtful trainer which is incredibly important for me. I always have such a nice time there:)
My sister and I went today and got our butts kicked in a good way! We are in Seattle but if we were local I would definitely come here. Coach Calvin was encouraging and knowledgeable! He helped us with form and cheered us on! Most importantly the music was 🔥🔥 Thank you!
