The staff has been very helpful in providing a diet plan. They also assist in planning how to meet any particular events one participates in with plans and options for succeeding in a weight loss program. They are encouraging and helpful in monitoring progress and working with you to achieve your goals.
I went in for a consultation today. I was blown away at how rude the staff from the beginning. I was left on the couch for 10 minutes while the manager went outside for a cigarette. Then I was lucky enough to be trapped in a office with her for 30 minutes listening to the sales pitch and smelling the cigarette smoke. She asked me highly inappropriate and very personal questions.
