Requested a custom slide out drawer to use as an industrial step. Worked with my internal purchasing department to get a credit card on file with SlideMaster and the order was pending an internal review by their drafting team. I assumed the order would be processed once the review was complete... I was wrong. It was on my onus as the customer to follow-up and ensure they completed their internal review. I had 5 doors to be done. They failed the test on the first attempt. I gave them all the rope they needed to hang themselves. They are a national company. Like most national companies they spend a lot of money on advertising so they cost 2 times more than your local company based on quote over the phone. A local company is on their way. I will let you know how our local company does. Lesson learned. Support your local companies.

I am disappointed with this experience due to what I believe was misleading pricing. Before the work began, I was told labor would be $175 and that the parts would cost between $50 and $150, depending on the option selected. I specifically asked for the basic option, expecting the parts cost to be near the lower end of that range. After the work was completed, I learned that I was charged for two rollers at $113 each, for a total of $226 in parts. Dishonest. Price kept going up. $500+ to replace rollers on one half of a sliding glass doors. Didn’t even clean the tracks. Marco the owner or technician, can tell because when it came to pay the bill his gave us his name then corrected himself, is a con artist. I had three an a half other doors to fix but had to stop the money grappling little minion, saying he would do the work himself for a lesser price. If these guys get past the front door it is too late.
