Sucks Military surplus isn't always new but used in good condition, all this place has is overpriced new gear which you can get cheaper elsewhere. They are anything BUT military surplus and shouldn't be called such.
Great guys and all you need Great guys that will order anything you need and even get you a great deal in the process. They know that you can order it on-line, but will work with you to get you what you want. It's great to deal with someone local too, instead of just some site on-line.

fun Place to Shop Slidell Army Surplus & Outdoor Store is a fun place to shop and look at cool camping/outdoor stuff. i love their selection of hats and knives. my son got a beret there when he was in fifth grade and loved wearing it to school everyday. my husband is always pleased to get a neat knife for Christmas and his birthday. they have a good selection of clothes in difficult to find sizes for my difficult to fit family. the belts and shoes are also a hit here.
