Pros: the custom sizing, price, shipping speed, ease of install, function, customer service. Cons: none. I don't see the point of other reviews regarding shipping costs or install directions - I found their price point to be extremely competitive (if you want free shipping, get something from China on Amazon and get what you pay for) and yes, installing and squaring/levelling the shelf/drawers is something that requires a bit of detail and knowledge. Essentially, buyer beware. If you don't watch all 20 of their you tube videos you will be surprised by what arrives which is overpriced junk. There are a myriad of far better products, better priced on the internet. I thought this being a "custom" product it would be superior. I was very wrong. If you think you're getting bottom mount glides you aren't. Your invoice will add a line item calling out L brackets in order to make the glides attach to a bottom. nowhere does the site alert you to this bait and switch scenario. Any... read more
Beware the UPS ground shipping charge! I'm glad I checked before I ordered: $110 for 2 shelves!!! Coupled with their upcharge for every ordering choice, their $60 door costs $160. The competitors charge $20 for delivery with fewer upcharges. Stay away from this silliness...
I ordered these pull out shelves for my pantry two weeks ago. They came 3 days later. Perfect size and fit. Very good quality and easy installation. I might need to order again for my base cabinets.Would definitely recommend.
Four years ago, my wife and I had Slide Out Shelves install slideouts throughout our kitchen and both bathrooms. We loved them so much that we we just had them install slideouts in our new home too! The pricing, quality, lead time, and, especially, service were fantastic. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won't be sorry.
