My family and I had a terrible experience here, first and last time there; would absolutely not recommend. First off, the front check in area was 1. supposed to let us know that anyone accessing the attractions had to specifically have grippy socks, not just socks; I bought my 4 year old grippy socks and they let me go in with my regular socks; apparently that was not allowed, I got a talking in the facility 2. My daughter came with a friend and I came to pick her up. The rent a cop security is absolutely ridiculous and rude. You do not get into a parent face and yell he needs a damn wrist band. Im not paying to pick up my child I dropped off with her friend and friends family, and the same child I paid for. However looking at these reviews its very clear they staff at this location is struggling and its also very clear there is jo humanity and some real discrimination against kids with disabilities. The employees are sorry and they kicked us out for running in a trampoline park and we couldn’t dunk on the basketball goals, even though they had a trampoline onthem what dip shits
