Visited Slick City at Opry Mills today and left feeling pretty underwhelmed. We bought tickets for the 1:00 PM slot but didn’t get through the line until 1:30 PM. They did extend our play time by 30 minutes, which was appreciated, but it defeats the purpose of timed tickets if everyone is let in at once. The place felt overcrowded, loud, and chaotic. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was the service unprofessional, but the way staff handled my concerns was rude and dismissive. After experiencing issues, I asked for a refund multiple times. Each time, my request was refused without a proper explanation. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff — instead of being helpful or respectful, they were rude, unprofessional, and made it clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. So unorganized. Its took 30 minutes to just check in when everyone did it online .. It’s cool to go play, but not to have a party. The workers are kids watching kids. Then upstairs, the table I sat at flipped over on me. Yeah definitely not worth the money.
The bathroom were not open. They made us go outside.
Nice place to visit. But it’s unhygienic reusing those dirty sliding mats gross. I won’t be returning due to the dirty non clean sliding Mats.
