The place needs more attention when it comes to safety. 1) At the top of the slides, near the starting point, there are signs stating that guests must be supervised by a full-time employee. However, neither my son nor I were supervised by anyone while using the slides. In fact, there was no employee there at all. This was our first time visiting slick city Frisco. I found it easy to order tickets and a drink online. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. If They didn’t know an answer to a question they would find someone to help me. Our family had a blast on the slides and games. It was very loud though. A lot of kids would scream or be excessively loud, that caused some difficult for adults to have conversations.
