I heard directly from the family about their son’s September 19th birthday party at Slick City Frisco. They had confirmed their requested table multiple times, yet it was not provided, and they described an extremely unprofessional experience with General Manager Sarai. As a parent, hearing how they were treated during their child’s birthday is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
I heard directly from my family about their experience at Slick City Frisco and the way Manager, Sarai treated them during my nephew’s birthday party. It was extremely disappointing. I would not bring my family to this location and would encourage others to think twice before going.

I attended a child’s 7th birthday celebration at Slick City Frisco on September 19th and personally witnessed the family trying to resolve an issue after arriving to find their repeatedly confirmed table was not available. General Manager Sarai’s response and demeanor were extremely disappointing. Watching a family be treated that way on their child’s birthday left a lasting impression, and I will not be returning.
Sarai, the general manager at Slick City Frisco, was extremely unprofessional in the way she handled a situation involving our family. Her attitude and treatment of the family left such a negative impression that we will not be returning to this location.
