Dear Slick City I attended my Great Grandsons Birthday Party at Slick City June 2026. I was excited for him. He was just happy to be with his friends. The chaos with Management was Unacceptable and Unprofessional My husband and I arrived 1st. We scheduled my grandson's 11th birthday party at this location Sunday Nov 30th. Scheduling online was easy. The event went over as a hit for the attendees; all had never been here and agreed they all would return. Manager Tracy went above and beyond to make this day extra special for my grandson. She personally spoke with him to ensure he was having a good time. Her customer service skills are off the chart. The building was CLEAN as well as the bathrooms.
