So I have not yet gone in my appointment but I wanted to go ahead a post a review about how easy it was to make an appointment. My sister gave me a birthday Groupon for laser-lipo. When I called their 844# to make the appointment I was able to speak with an actual human being and they didn't act all confused or disappointed that I was calling about a Groupon deal. I purchased a Groupon, I called the number listed to make an appointment. I called 3 times, and no one answered. I went online and sent an email, and I have still not heard from them. I asked Groupon for a refund. I hope that others are able to have a better experience, but I wasn't going to take the chance of losing my money, regardless of whether the services were at a discounted price or not.
