After 9 years my lift chair stopped working. I was in a spot. I have a bad knee and am only able to stand up with the aid of a lift chair. I called Sleighter's and was able to get a service appointment for later in the day that I phoned. The gentleman didn't have the part he needed on the truck, but assured me he would return the following morning. Within talking to the gentleman he told me he was the owner. The wife and I both have lift chairs. Sleighters is always quick to respond if we need a repair. They are the best.
One of the benefits of being located in Hanover PA is having a place like Sleighters in the area. I purchased bedroom furniture and a mattress from them 9 years ago. The mattress is still in excellent condition so when I needed a new mattress for my guest bedroom, I contacted Jerry via phone. He called me back the same day.
