The wife and I both have lift chairs. Sleighters is always quick to respond if we need a repair. They are the best.
One of the benefits of being located in Hanover PA is having a place like Sleighters in the area. I purchased bedroom furniture and a mattress from them 9 years ago. The mattress is still in excellent condition so when I needed a new mattress for my guest bedroom, I contacted Jerry via phone. He called me back the same day. Ordered Golden lift recliner for mom at Homewood. Jerry was Outstanding! Prompt, great service. Spent time teaching mom how to use chair and setting up. HIGHLY recommend Sleighters for all they offer!
Really appreciate the excellent customer service! Mom's remote to her Golden lift chair stopped working so I called the store and a knowledgeable professional answered the phone. He was able to troubleshoot over the phone and when we decided to buy a new remote I was able to pick it up from the store that day. Instructions were included with the new remote so I was able install it myself. Mom's chair was back in working order on the same day.
