My ex used to wear this terrible cologne. When I saw him in the parking lot of the mall a few days ago, he offered me a cigarette and I declined. Then he said, “My God, you look amazing.” Like, yeah, I know! I have the doctor at Doral to thank for that. I told him he should go there too. Well, technically, I’m a little fan because of my size. OK, no more jokes!
I’ll always remember how kind, compassionate, and encouraging Doral’s bariatric surgeon was when I needed a sleeve gastrectomy. Any surgeon or doctor who makes an impression like he did deserves five stars, maybe even more!
When it was undeniable that the sleeve gastrectomy was a complete success, I made sure to shake the bariatric surgeon’s hand. He was the artist; I was his canvas! Brilliant!
The sleeve gastrectomy shrunk me down to a much smaller bikini size. Now, when I want to go to the waterpark. I don’t have to worry about some little kid saying, “I didn’t know there were whales here!” Yeah, never going back to that life again.
So many competent medical professionals – who are fully invested in helping those who struggle with weight issues – being in one place is unbelievable and SO AWESOME!!
