I have nothing but great things to say about this location, From day one I spoke with the director Stephanie she was so polite and made the process so smoothly answered all my questions and concerns. I may be like some of you where I am skeptical of leaving my children with anyone else. I have had my kids go to this center for over 10 years. Love everything about the staff and managers!!! Amazing place for kids!
If you can avoid this location please do so! My boys used to go to the Bartlett location but as soon as I did the transfer to the sleepy hollow location it has been nothing but problems. Problems with staff and problems with the care that it was only solved when I brought it to their attention and because it was survey time. The director is the most inconsiderate person ever and it’s very money hungry.
Our daughter has been in care here for almost two years. The staff is great! I'm really happy with how well my daughter is doing here. And I swear, they are the reason potty training has been so easy!
My son has been going to Sleepy Hollow KinderCare for a year now (started in Discovery Preschool and now in Preschool). He loves it and it has exceeded our expectations! He is well cared for and learns so much. The staff is so welcoming and great at communicating.
