This post is not about me. It's about the people who answers the phone at Sleepy Hallow Nursing home. They are very disrespectful when they answer they transferred me to others room and sometimes when I call put on hold for long periods of time, and have to call back. The people answering the phones need to be let go period.

This place needs to be shut down!!! These people neglect their patients!!! Your loved one will be left with rock hard feces lodged in their butt, toenails piled high and dirt caked on their body! Did I mention bed sores and bruises? If you send your loved one anything they will steal it as well. The facility doesn’t tend to their patients medically, leaving them in their bed for WEEKS AT A TIME without physically therapy!
