Do NOT buy anything from them. Their after sales is terrible. After you made the payment, They don’t ship your item. They don’t reply your email. They don’t answer your phone calls. They don’t reply your WhatsApp messages. Nothing. You will need to wait and wait and wait but that is not gonna change anything. And most importantly, it’s almost impossible to get your money back. If you have, by pure mischance, made a purchase, then I’ll wish you the best luck.
Sleepworld has the worst after sales service from any seller that I have had to deal with . They don't answer the phone or answer emails or even their online so called chat . I'm still waiting for part of my order that was sent to the wrong address over 3 weeks ago but also to the wrong state. I have been asking for a refund but still haven't had any response from them . People DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
Very very dissatisfied from this company I had an order over a month ago I have emailed at least 10 times tried calling no answer and this is surpose to be Australian based pfffffffffffffft never again and still no sheets I paid over $60 for these sheets but they still havnt came here we are 8 weeks on and they just won't reply disgusting behaviour from an Australian firm
Bought some sheets, very comfy however arrived with a hole in them and the seller will not respond to refund/help queries it's been 3 weeks with multiple follow ups... steer clear
I bought the organic quilt cover on line....when I took it out of the packaging it smelled like bleach .. I washed it and it had lost its colour ...I can't raise anyone to return it
