I purchased my quality"Magnum"e-bike from"Sleeping Bear Electric Bikes"on 2-8-2020 & my personal experience with Phil was nothing other than Professional.I feel more confident & comfortable knowing there is an e-bike shop that provides full service on my e-bike because most shops either won't touch e-bikes at all or only do minimal maintenance/repair work on them.Phil has been in the e-bike business for a decade+ & this longevity in the business also helps to ease my anxiety over a e-bike purchase because I know Sleeping Bea... read more

I bought an electric bike from Phil a month ago and cannot speak more highly for his knowledge, expertise and ongoing assistance. He set me up with the right bike for my age and ability but it didn’t end there. He found a bike rack that I could manage, assembled it for me and then spent two hours at my house patiently showing me how to load and unload the bike. He answered all my questions and assured me he would be around to help with anything else I needed. We are fortunate to have his business in our neighborhood.

Greetings. I rode my electric bike over to the Sleeping Bear Electric Bike Shop in La Tienda Eldorado today. The owner, Phil, adjusted my brakes instantly and was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for any electric bike owners, or would-be's. He has a wonderful selection and years of knowledge under his belt.

I recently purchased my first eBike from Phil at Sleeping Bear. Working with him was a pleasure. He's friendly and knowledgeable and has a good selection of bikes. He's been great post-purchase as well, helping me out of a jam when I lost my charging unit, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Practical Considerations: I live in Eldorado and work in Santa Fe (Second St and Pacheco area) and have started commuting to work via the Rail Trail.
