Absolute junk mattresses that destroy your back and provide nothing but discomfort and extreme heat. Cannot wait to burn this mattress as soon as our new one comes. This company should be banned from importing these products to our country
Excellent customer service
Avoid this brand at all costs as the costumer service and Amart store where I purchased the mattress from don’t want to help with the faulty mattress. We have been dealing with them for almost a year to resolve and have been patient but they have been playing us around. We cleaned it , measured it and have done everything they asked and they still coming up with something else that we should do. For example; they said to turn the mattress around every 2 weeks.
