Excellent customer service
Avoid this brand at all costs as the costumer service and Amart store where I purchased the mattress from don’t want to help with the faulty mattress. We have been dealing with them for almost a year to resolve and have been patient but they have been playing us around. We cleaned it , measured it and have done everything they asked and they still coming up with something else that we should do. For example; they said to turn the mattress around every 2 weeks.
