I am disappointed that my appointment was billed incorrectly and the office will not correct it for me. It's an extra $200 for me. This practice has grown and is becoming very corporate, unfortunately. The doctor that I love to see has a four-month waiting list.

I reactivated my FB account to write this, so you know it's important to me. I have been a patient at Collegeville Family Practice since 2004. I will not go anywhere else. Tom Ruth is wonderful. He truly cares about people. I recently had a health scare and Tom ordered lab work. Here it is a Friday evening at almost 7:00 and he called me to tell me the results came back and all is good. Thank you Tom, you're the best!
I'm just writing to let the manager know my thoughts. I've been seeing Dr. Dogramji for at least ten years. He is by far the best doctor I've seen. His staff is wonderful and very pleasant. I'd like to let you know how impressed I've been with Shelby! She gets back to me ASAP to resolve any questions or issues. She is a great worker and I can always count on her!! Great job! And I love that Charmaine is still with Dr. Dogramji! She always makes me feel very welcome and is also a great asset!
